My fridge had a freezer fan fault and Josh came out to my house, and replaced it. When the fridge was still warm, he came back out free of charge to reassess it. My fridge is now working and calling Appliance Tech was the best call.

I called late on Monday about my dryer and Josh was able to come on Tuesday. He gave me a 3 hour window and said he would call. He called within the window and could arrive in 20 minutes. He was able to take apart the dryer, diagnose it and replace the fuse and a bad roller within 30 minutes. He also checked the vent for me. Very nice, polite, and professional. I will definitely call again for any future needs and would highly recommend them. I had called Teds Appliance first but their line was busy all day and they didn’t return my message left online.
