I was so happy to have found my technician, Josh for my Sub Zero Refrigerator. Not only was he very professional and prompt with his timing, but he was also very detail oriented and informative on everything that was wrong and the steps taken to resolve the issues. He went above and beyond in his service, a 5 Star Job. My 20 year old Sub Zero Fridge runs like it’s Brand New now! I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of reliable appliance repairs! I had water leak in my LG ThinQ washer. Serge was extremely knowledgeable about what the cause was, and did a great job of repairing the issue. Serge was courteous and very careful to keep the machine in good condition. He even noticed a large crimp in the dryer hose, and fixed that as well. I cannot recommend him and Appliance Tech Pros enough!

Serge was great! Very direct and honest with showing me what the problem was with my dryer and upfront about the cost. He also included the maintenance that was due as well. Great experience and timely. When I booked the appointment they told me what to expect when he came out and they delivered.

Wow! We remodeled our kitchen and had to get someone to work with the cabinets team to balance and correctly position our new KitchenAid Built in oven. Serge was able to work with and guide the team to ensure the best placement and installation of the ovens. His demeanor provided effective communication and great results!!!
