I read all the reviews and was sceptical at first that people were even talking about the same establishment! My experience was at the opposite end of the spectrum to say the least. I spent the better part of Saturday dismantling my washer and determined the problem then looked up the part on Amazon and found the part number and price... $6.00. I couldn't get the part for a week which meant working around the washing machine parts strewn everywhere and possibly not remembering where they went when time came to put it together. So I called the 3 appliance places in town, 2 were closed but this business was not so I called and got an answer. I told the owner what my problem was and what I needed by part number, he asked where I got the part number and I told him Amazon. He said you are going

They were scammers, sent the wrong part for which I paid $350. When I asked for a refund they told me to send the part back and pay shipping (+$150). I sent it, but no one returned the money to me. When I tried to call them, I gave them the order number and they immediately blurted out, "we are busy", "we are closed", "can't hear you" and so on. I had to make disput transactions and after 3 months I got my 350$ back. But unfortunately the $150 return shipping fee can never be refunded. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered a knob from them sent them pictures of what I needed and they said it was exactly the same as the picture I sent when it arrived it was NOT the same at all. Then I have to pay return shipping for the item

Stay away from this company at all costs! I purchased an item from them by part number, however they mislabeled the item and it did not fit my appliance. I tried contacting them both by email and phone to arrange to return the item, but no one responded in either case. Finally got my money back 3 months later after disputing with the credit card company.

Please believe the negative reviews you see. I purchased a product they advertised incorrectly. Once I got it and saw it was incorrect, I called and let them know and they said to send it back. From there, they weren’t answering my calls, but picked up when I called from a random number. They barely responded to emails, which typically happened after the call from the random numbers. I finally spent a lot of money shipping the item back and since April 11, they have had their product and my money. They keep telling me I would receive a full refund yet it has never happened. To date, I have been told I would get an electronic refund back to my card and blamed their system for the hold up. Then I was told it would come in the mail, which it never did.
