Jack is great! Came out to look at our washer which was making a screeching sound during the agitation cycle. He explained the different root causes and gave us an honest opinion as to whether it was worth or even feasible to repair or if replacing made more sense. He then proceeded to check a few other things in the washer just to make sure he covered all bases and happened to find a key lodged in the bottom of the washer. When all was said and done he gave us a plan for how to proceed and didn’t charge us the service charge since he hasn’t performed a repair. The entire time he was friendly and informative and had a good sense of humor. Clearly a hard working and fair professional! Will definitely use Jack and Appliance Yikes in the future!

Everything went good. Contacted and scheduled microwave repair within 2 days. I told brand and problem. Jack showed up when scheduled, had the repair part, and fixed it. I agree with other reviewer = Jack is good doing his work AND does go9d prices AND has nice personality. So = I highly recommend Jack.

Jack was an amazing repairman! He showed up and was extremely professional and friendly! He repaired my dryer in under a half hour. The price was super reasonable. He just charged us one service fee and we paid for the parts. I would highly recommend that you hire Jack for any of your appliance repair jobs!

Jack is a phenomenal service professional. I've called him on several occasions for help with a lemon of a dishwasher and he's always been incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and helpful. In addition to being extremely technically competent, Jack is genuinely kind and honest -- he'll tell you when something can be resolved without requiring a service visit, and has gone above and beyond to save us from unnecessary costs.
