Appliance Zen

Extremely knowledgeable and skilled technician! Sebastian saved us possibly thousands of dollars by repairing our oven and he was able to do it the same day as the diagnosis. Not only did he provide excellent service, quickly, but he went above and beyond by giving us tips on how to extend our ovens life. I can not recommend Appliance Zen highly enough and will absolutely be calling again when any of our appliances need repairs!

Talked over my dishwater problem and figured out what the problem 99% probably is over the phone. Thanks for helping me sort this out, now it’s time to get a new dishwasher. Very professional and kind. I’d recommend Appliance Zen to everyone.

Drove 25 minutes each way to service our broken dishwasher, when he got here he checked it over and explained how the cost of repairing the 15 year old unit would almost cost as much as a brand new one. He was extremely helpful with advice for replacements and refused to charge anything for the service trip. Not many people would put in an hour of their time and not charge for it, I was very happy with the experience overall.

Overall rating: Excellent. 5 stars! Called back when they said they would, were clear on when they could make an appointment, made the appointment, called the day of appointment prior to the appointment to say they were coming, fixed the problem and forestalled a couple of other ones, were super nice and pleasant to deal, were very knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. They are now on our short list for all appliance problems. Thank-you for all the good work!

The Appliance Zen is really amazing! He called back right on time and from my message had insight into the problem. He helped me trouble shoot my issues over the phone. He was so smart and actually saved me both time and money. I highly recommend this business.
