Our 20 year old washing machine was leaving black marks on all of our clothing, ruining some nice pieces. We had called them and they sent over Ilya who quickly diagnosed the problem. He came back after the part arrived and installed it. The piece was one of the most interior pieces. Ilya was incredible at dissecting this old washer and replacing the piece, and he spent nearly 4 hours busting his ass before he had to go to another call for the day. He came back the next day promptly and finished the installation. The next week it worked fine, one day though it began to overflow and some water got on our floor. Luckily we turned it off in time. Ilya Was great. Arrived promptly at the time we made an appointment. He was efficient in solving what turned out to be a user error issue on our dryer. Price was more than fair for the diagnostics. Would use again if needed, though hopefully we don't.

Service technician arrived within two hours of my call and was friendly and efficient in removing various panels to get to an obstruction that went down the lint screen duct when the dryer was inadvertently started without the screen in place. Good value for the effort involved.

Ilya was prompt, courteous, and careful to explain what was going on and how to remedy it. The machine is a heavy beast, and required a lot of repair, but Ilya never tried to add on more charges to the initial estimate, and faithfully returned each time a part was received. I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly.

Dmitry is a patient and thorough repair technician. He's honest also. We need a new compressor and he gave us a reasonable price, but we'll buy a new fridge instead. Excellent communication and on time service. Thank you.
