Do not recommend reaching out to these folks. I never leave negative reviews, but these people are beyond incompetent. They were subcontracted by LG to repair my television. A tech (Jason F.) comes out to my home, tells me the TV needs a new power board, and that it will be arriving by end of week. It has been two weeks and they have completely disappeared, never returned my calls/texts, and then proceeded to tell LG they repaired the TV and closed my ticket. If this is how they treat their corporate contracts, I don't want to imagine what they do to their walk-in customers. Go somewhere else....anywhere else.

I was scheduled and confirmed for a technician visit tomorrow between 12 and 5. I got a text from their office at 3:02 p.m. today asking if I'd prefer to switch to the morning block starting at 8 a.m. since they had some cancelations. I told them that I was unable to switch since I've already changed my work appointments for the appointment with their technician. At no point was I told that my appointment had been moved. I got a text at 9:58 p.m. from the technician who is assigned by job for tomorrow informing me that he will be at my house between 10 and 11. I showed him the text, but he cannot come later and they have now canceled my appointment. The only reason I'm even having to deal with them is because LG assigned them to me. Someone from this place recently came to service my Refrigerator, he brought the wrong parts and didn’t resolve anything and didn’t do anything at all, and instead of reaching out to LG to let them know that he couldn’t do the job he decided to just mark the service as completed. After a few days of waiting for someone to reach out to me I decided to reach out to LG. I was advised that the service had been closed out as completed. I wouldn’t recommend them, the representative also wasn’t able to follow the simple instructions of calling 30 min prior to arriving.
