Super condescending, did not want to do his job. I showed the tech the issue and how the freezer needed to be replace but he just said everything looked okay. Super red flag 🚩he barley checked anything,than finally had to go back and forth with him to at least fix the fridge door, it felt like I was fighting tooth and nail to get this guy to do his job. I just called whirlpool to get another tech since this guy honestly doesn’t seem to like or want to do his job.
Appointment set up by Maytag twice in past. First time no showed and second time would not answer calls again. Worst business ever. Would NEVER use them for warranty work.
