Excellent service! Fuad showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer, and had it fixed the same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST. The dryer is working perfectly now. He was punctual, explained the problem with my dryer clearly, and repaired it efficiently. Fair pricing, no upselling, and very respectful. It’s hard to find reliable repair people these days—this guy is one of them. Fuad was very polite and respectful! I had a great experience with APPRO Appliance. They replaced the compressor on my refrigerator and did an excellent job from start to finish. Fred, the owner, was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The technician, Gaffar, was very detail-oriented, transparent about the work being done, and worked all day to make sure the issue was fully resolved. Our refrigerator now works better than ever. Awesome service! Burning smell from 11 year old dryer. APPRO came out and ended up deep cleaning. Fast and clean service. Great scheduling -arriving when scheduled even during winter snow/ice. Applied service fee to cleaning fee so very reasonable $. Knowledgeable re many brands of many appliances. Definitely going to use services again! Thank you APPRO!

Made the call to have our LG dryer looked it as it wasn’t drying our load of clothes completely. Spoke to Fuad and was able to come within 30 mins and fixed the issue by a blockage in the dryer vent hose after checking the primary and secondary filters. They’ve done repairs in the past and they’ve always been able to through with reasonable pricing. Thanks again, Fuad and APPRO!

I had a Samsung technician come out and say the oven was broken and couldn't be fixed. Fred and Jam with APPRO were there within an hour of me calling, and they had it fixed in the next hour. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
