We had a leak in our home that went from our 2nd floor master bath through the ceiling of our 1st floor living room. The entire process from working with Jimmy and Jim to identify the scope of the damage, to working with their job coordination team was excellent. Particularly Marco and Francisco did a great job isolating the space and ensuring the sewage didn’t spread or affect our living space. They were courteous and respectful of our home and worked diligently to mitigate the moisture. I’m sure there is never a good time to experience a situation like this but with excellent leadership and outstanding crews APR is definitely one I would recommend if you are ever in a time of need.

Recently needed emergency services and further cleanup from an issue with snow in our attic. I cannot say enough good things about APR and every single person I came in contact with. Our technicians Chris and Francisco were wonderful, along with Hunter and Kyle who helped us through the initial phase of emergency services. I would recommend this team 100% in the future!

APR came out quickly when we flooded our bathroom and promptly fixed the issue so there was no further damage!! They then helped explain the process/next steps so I felt confident in each part of the process! Every employee was respectful and went above and beyond to help us! Definitely recommend APR!

Marco, Francisco, Juan and Chris did an amazing job! They arrived on time, were very clean, respectful and efficient. The guys explained every step of the process and took extra care to keep our home as cleaned as when they arrived. Highly recommend this company. It's hard to find good contractors that you can trust anymore. The Project Manager Jody has been awesome as well. Great work guys!!!
