Shawn from APS Residential did an outstanding job laying laminate flooring for my friend. The craftsmanship is excellent — clean lines, smooth transitions, and real attention to detail. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The finished floor looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Sean and Dan with APS did a great job with our master bath. They were very respectful with our home in general and went above and beyond to get things done. I did have some concerns about APS at first as they seemed pretty busy prior to construction, but they put those to rest once they got in and started the work. Check out the pics, I’d recommend them to anyone.

We worked with APS to convert two smaller bedrooms into a larger primary bedroom and primary bathroom. Shawn was at my house the most and was awesome to work with. I really appreciated his attention to detail and help with our project. Kyle and Dan were also here and similarly were hard working and great to work with. Roy managed the project, and was a great communicator and super helpful in navigating all complexity and the ideas we through his way. I especially appreciated both Shawn’s and Roy’s willingness to provide alternative ideas that made the space more functional. Electrician Frank, plumber Dave, and HVAC Jim were all also great to work with.

APS Residential Services did an excellent job prepping our basement for waterproofing. The team was professional, efficient and extremely thorough. They removed items that were no longer needed and carefully moved the remaining items so the waterproofing crew could easily access the work area. Shawn, Kyle, Shanon, Roy and Dan were professional, efficient, and very respectful of our home. They worked well as a team, paid attention to detail and made the process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend APS Residential Services for renovation needs. We just utilized this company for a full upstairs bathroom remodel. This team took a process that was very stressful initially and worked with us to make sure we were well-informed throughout and helped us every step of the way. Trista was a wonderful saleswoman who did NOT pressure us at all. She helped to recommend what would work within our budget and for our family. The original quote was accurate, and the company was transparent about costs from the beginning. Regina was so wonderful to work with on the decor.
