The technician today was Joe who was very precise in his treatment of all areas of my home inside and out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't mind answering any questions or concerns that I had. I would like Joe to be my technician for all future treatments.

This company fraudulently charges for services that are not rendered. On Jan 13th I was scheduled for a visit and received an email the next day stating the visit was completed however my dog was in the back yard. I called and it was confirmed the visit was not completed however the technician put in a note saying it was. I pulled my security camera and it shows no one was at my home. I called to cancel services as I now question all of their visits and was told there would be a charge of 200.00. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Please do not use them they are committing fraud.
