Aptive Pest Control

I'm glad to see Aptive active! I have enjoyed my service since switching from another company. I had the privilege to witness my service being done today by Brandi. She was excellent! I received a 40 minute heads up while leaving work. She educated me on the product knowledge Aptive offers for Ant problems. It was a very thorough treatment and we were very satisfied.

Douglas gave an ETA text, and showed up promptly afterwards. I did not hear the doorbell(deaf), but I heard him on the back deck working. I went out to say hello and let him into the house to do the interior. The man asked questions and got to work. He was very professional.

Amazing service not only did my parents receive a detailed description of all services done, their technicians also attended services photos during the process. I can't express enough how important this is. My parents are elderly and past people/companies have taken advantage of this. I am very grateful to the technicians that take time and CARE. I wasn’t able to be home to let the tech know what my targeted problem was but through via home video monitors he made sure all was taken care of! He did an excellent job! Thank You Chris!!
