Aptive Pest Control

Kenneth Hollenbeck is a true, and honest sales rep. Very knowledgeable. His loyalty is what convinced us to give Aptive a try. Today was our first day. Jake was very polite. Jake covered all the bases, he took the time to explain everything. He made sure all our questions were answered.

My scheduled treatment window was from 8-12. Tech arrived near 1 pm. My previous appointment was scheduled for a 1-5 window, Tech arrived before 11am, which I could not be home to let Tech in to treat the interior. I see a price increase on my billing, it would have been nice to receive a notice about price increase. The statement of treatment listed all kinds of bugs/pests targeted when my biggest concern was scorpions. My comment/review is not for the Tech who provided treatment and was very courteous. It is towards Aptive, a company that I rely on for many years, received great service, was always notified of price/fee with commitment of 2-3 years membership. Aptive’s standards need to be kept up.

Excellent service! Seth is our guy and we are all happy to see him, even the dogs! I have had many pest control companies and Aptive is the best!! The employees are kind and helpful, and I love how they text me several times before they come and send a text with pictures and areas that were covered after the service. I would definitely recommend!!

Great service from a great company! Talon did a great job and touched all areas needed. He advised me of when he was going to be here and when he was here. I like how they always provide photos of their work. I’m always happy with the end results! I would highly recommend them! Thank you for such great service!
