Aptive Pest Control

They were supposed to come and do an internal and external application to a house where I have guests. They called 30 minutes before they came -- hardly enough time to contact my guests to see what time would work for them. They did the same thing last week at my own house but I am out of town and could not be there in 30 minutes. Fortunately, my spouse was so we were able to get both done. Is there a reason we can't get notice in advance so we can coordinate with our guests?

Highly recommend! They do a great job before, during and after with supplying photos of the treated areas. The technicians are always courteous, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Had Brandon do the treatment today and he did an excellent job!

Active provides a really high level of customer service you often don't find these days. They work with you to figure out the best plan within your budget. And every person I've interacted with has been incredibly nice.
