We have had a huge decrease in ants, spiders and other insects since starting with Aptive. Notification of upcoming service is always timely. After service, we always receive a complete explanation of what was done accompanied by photos. The service tech is always friendly and willing to answer questions and listen to any concerns we may have. The entire process is very professional.
I think Josh the technician who did my service was very knowledgeable about his job. I appreciate the way Josh explained the services. He was a pleasure to talk with and I fell he should be considered an asset to your company.
The technician did an excellent job of explaining exactly what he was going to do in person.And in a text. i love this service. i have no issues with bugs in the past a few years that I have had them. very happy.
