Aptive came to our door one day. They talked to my husband, but DID NOT tell him how much every time they came out it would be the same whether they did all services or one service that day. They automatically put us on the higher package deal and I asked how we could change to a lower amount and he gave me their website, but I found nothing about switching. Then, we were charged for services not rendered 2x for they never showed up for those days. And never rescheduled those 2x they were to spray. That is when we decided to cancel our services. We thought this place was good, did get rid of ants, not many mosquitoes and spiders, but i could not justify paying on services they did not do. Aiden is very precise and does not rush the job to just get it done. He makes sure he treats all the areas needed! Very professional and communicates in a very timely fashion! I’m glad he takes care of our home!!

I've been a client since June 2024, but I've been very sick and pest control is not on my list of "top priorities" - if you know what I mean. Aptive just sprayed my house today, and I decided I no longer wanted their service. I have other issues that I need to deal with!!! I promptly paid the bill and emailed their customer service address and requested future services be cancelled. That email bounced and I found a "notices" email address, so I sent another copy to that address email instead. This email bounced again, so I was presented a 1-800 # to call. I had my son call the # because I'm current in the hospital and clearly an offshore team answered and picked up and said my service couldn't be cancelled unless they were called from the phone number on file. I absolutely love working with Aptive Pest Control!! No small ant problem this year!! Plus No Fleas, Tic's, or other terrible yard bugs!! I do not like my puppy having fleas! Only pay $69 every other month for inside and outside sevice!! Pet friendly.

Shad did everything right. He notified me several days before our appointment and on the day of he gave me a precise time 1 1/2 hours ahead and he arrived promptly on time. He asked if we had any questions and quickly took care of his assignment.
