I'm sure they're service is fine but if they mess up I wouldn't expect accountability, I got into a car accident with one of their company cars last year and had yet to hear back. I inquired with my insurance and no one ever answered their phone and when I called the company I was given phone after phone number and finally was able to give them all the info and they said someone wanted to come and take pictures. I never got a follow up from that ever again and my car is still a mess.

Disappointed in that I specifically asked for you to get rid of the spider webs. But there was a failure for you to even touch those on the surfaces of the bushes attached to the house. They aren’t hard to see so come be my guest. I’m forwarding some of the photos I took after your technician left but they are harder to see. If you can’t do a simple removal of spiders and their webs (hint if you remove the webs and they come back, you didn’t get the spiders- dah). If you can’t do better than this, I don’t need or want your service. More pictures of more bushes but this should give you an indication. Otherwise, it looks like a fairly good job although we’ve had far more insect bites since you serviced us. Also I would expect a service call to last longer than the quick run through I’ve

Having the same rep allows him to become familiar with my home and has a good understanding of what to provide for service. This is extremely helpful if I’m not home during his visit.
