I contacted a couple of electrical companies to relocate washer and dryer receptacles; move two other receptacles; cap off 2 receptacles and a switch; and install in-use covers on exterior receptacles. On the same day I contacted APU, Mr. Valansquella of APU met with me to discuss the scope of work. He was friendly and promised he could schedule the work quickly AND at a good price. At Mr. Valansquella’s request, I provided a written description of the work. Within one business day, APU provided me with a quote but without a scope of work attached. At my request, they quickly privided the quote with the scope of work. The quote seemed high, but APU was willing to schedule the work early the next day and I accepted the bid. My outdoor lamppost was broken and I ordered a replacement lantern head from Home Depot. I was planning on doing the repair myself but Home Depot gives you the option to have electricians contact you to do the repair when you make the purchase. Apu Electric was one of the technicians that reached out and I'm glad I decided to go with them. They were very prompt with scheduling the appointment and keeping me updated with the ETA of the technicians arrival. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes and the price was reasonable!
