Aqua-Bright was great from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote for an irrigation system and their prices are very reasonable. Jairo, the sales and design representative, was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was able to get me on the schedule very quickly, within 10 days. He even came out on the day of the install to ensure everything was going well. The Alder crew arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. Everyone was very professional and responsive and did a fantastic job. **Update to their reply** We received a less than average snow event for January and I feel I've received hostile responses over email and now Google since I requested the remediation. Like I said, my $4,800 system worked fine for 9 months. I am just hopeful that it can be repaired and last at least another few years through future below average snow events. At this point we have no option but to spend the minimum $330 to restore my system back to the way it was, but it's a lesson learned. **Update 1 year later** We have had two issues within a year, and one of which has not been resolved. I requested a service appointment with Aqua-Bright to address some issues I was having with my landscaping lights. They were quick to reply and very transparent upfront with their billing model. My technician showed up promptly and worked quickly to solve our problem. He showed tremendous care for our lawn and property while also making sure to do a thorough job with his repair. I am extremely happy with the work they did and the price I paid for the repairs. I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding service. First, they were super responsive in setting up a maintenance appointment and able to come out quickly to address an issue. Mr. Jairo was very professional and listened to my needs understanding that I wasn’t sure what I wanted and needed guidance. His installation crew were nice and patient with me when we tried to get the system online. They cleaned up afterwards including the flags that were put down by Pepco.
