Find a more trustworthy option!!!! About 1 year left on our warranty. A part of the resurfaced spa had a decent sized chip come off and a few smaller ones. Mike came out, looked at it, and said they would have someone come and fix it. One month later after giving us the runaround and saying they would schedule the repair several times, now they suddenly won’t honor the warranty and will not repair it. Find a better company to deal with.

Don’t use this contractor to plaster your pool. Poor workmanship with many bald spots on pebble finish. Asked for reapplication to bald spots and keep getting the run around to avoid it. Told me was natural but bald spots are not and look terrible. Contacting contractors license board. Check Yelp as reviews are bad for them on that site too!

We had this company replaster our pool over the summer. Pool looks really good, customer service HORRIBLE! The jets weren't hammered properly back into our spa so they kept popping out. Also, some tile got damaged during the demo that we didn't notice until everything was all done and we began brushing the pool. We contacted the company numerous, numerous times to come fix the tile and fix the jets. It literally took a couple months for them to drop off new jets for us to put in ourselves, which was fine because we were tired of dealing with them anyway. (or NOT dealing with them actually) Too bad we didn't have pictures of the undamaged tile before the demo, but unfortunately did not have a picture from that angle and they took no responsibility for damaging it. Aqua Caliente did a great job on our pool plaster. However, a frustrating property accident happened that was caused by the company where we had to pay out of our pocket for a plumber. The company reimbursed us the following day. Accidents do happen and Aqua Caliente did what was right and rectified the situation. Five Stars for a job well done.

They provided a fair and knowledgeable quote for pool plaster. Completed and did a great job. Fast and efficient. Thanks for the great job.
