Aqua Concepts did some remodel work for our pool and spa. The quality was phenomenal and everything was installed flawlessly and in a timely manner. The pricing was reflective of the quality. The daily job site clean-up throughout the course of the remodel was very tidy. We would recommend them to anyone.

Summary: Aqua Concepts rebuilt most of my swimming pool (70-year-old, 20’x40’, 9’ deep maindrain, rectangular pool) from the rebar on up, replastered the pool, added new steps, pressure tested my maindrain, installed a split maindrain, and recommended a pool Startup party that I am very happy with. Aqua Concepts did an excellent job on our pool remodel. We were looking for a company with a long standing history in the community, devoted to producing lasting, high quality work. Their pricing was detailed, transparent and competitive. Their crew lead by Mario is hard working and professional. They have a high standard for quality work. As with all construction, unexpected conditions can arise. Chris and his team carefully reviewed all aspects with us directly. Clearly explaining best course of action when required. Our pool had a confirmed leak, chipped plaster, and very old and non-working pool equipment. I obtained an estimate from a recommended pool company. I wanted to get a second estimate so I reached out to Aqua Concepts because of reviews on Next Door of customers who praised and recommended it. My wife and I met with Chris for Aqua Concepts. Chris impressed us and we decided to hire Aqua Concepts in September, 2023. The crews showed up when promised and completed the project without delays in a period of 4-5 weeks. Aqua Concepts met its obligations and we very pleased with their work and highly recommend it.
