Aqua-Duck Water Transport

Absolutely the best customer service I have seen in a long time! The driver / operator was the nicest person you could meet. He was on time but my spa installer was late and not ready, the driver said OK I'll go eat lunch and be back, he wouldn't even let us help roll up his hoses. The price was more than reasonable. You give these guys enough notice and they will accommodate!

I reached out to Aqua Duck Water Transport for an urgent water delivery to my construction site. I called the number listed on their website and was initially quoted $450 for the service. Given the emergency and the need to have water delivered by 9 a.m. the next day, I agreed to proceed at a revised price of $360. Unfortunately, after that, I was unable to reach anyone. I called several times, left voicemails, and sent text messages beginning as early as 4 a.m. on the morning of the scheduled delivery, but I received no response. I fully understand that a company may be unavailable or unable to take on a job, however a simple courtesy message would have helped me plan better, especially with time sensitivity involved. My review is simply based on the lack of communication. Clear updates

We use Aqueduct for all of our swimming pools when we start them up And Bil the owner always shows up on time and always a great price very accommodating even to the point where he Had to wait for the Plaster to cure and he never complained. This company is awesome.

Bill was awesome to work with. We needed water for a project and Aqua-Duck delivered multiple truckloads over two days. Excellent customer service, communication and quality all around!

Filled my new pool quickly with good quality water, and fit me in at the last moment. Isaac and Leon were professional, super nice, and kindly shared good advice for a new pool owner, even at a late hour after what must have been a long day for them. Bill at the office was very helpful and communicative and arranged payment by credit card over a secure internet link. Will most definitely use them again next time I need water!
