Aqua Jett Pool & Spa

I’ve actually waited some time to write this, I am so angry and disgusted. One star is too nice for this place. My elderly parents have, unfortunately, been 30 year customers for care of their in ground pool. Over the years it has become harder for them to do the physical openings and closings, so in addition to maintenance, they added opening and closing to the services from Aqua Jet. This proved to be a huge mistake. Our family spent significant money on the pool in the last two years, including a new pump and a heater. I hired a close friend general contractor to advise us and do the install, no problem, except of course for Steve who seemed more focused on who did the job and why we didn’t use him as a vendor. Based on the other reviews I guess I'll have to say I'm in the same boat as most. No calls no communications after giving them a shot at servicing my pool. Stephen was supposed to have call. Not really sure how they stay in business like that but oh well. Better I find out sooner than later they don't want ......... customers? Or maybe they want new construction only? God I hope not I'd feel bad for those who spend their hard earned money on this company

HUGE thank you to the owner, Steve McSherry for his fast response. Our pool was leaking water. He recommended his diver who was over our house in 45 min on a Sunday. The diver found and patched 3 holes. Done! I'm so HAPPY! About 20 years ago we used a subpar pool company to put in a new liner. It didn't last long. Aqua Jet uses high quality products and they have wonderful folks I can count on. Always helpful!

Terrible... Dropped my pool water down 11 inches below skimmer for the winter ( when it is suggested between 4-6 inches) and now my pool cover broke and need to pay $1,000 for a water truck to put water in before the opening... When calling them about this agent was extremely rude saying it was my problem having a cover that old.

I have been a customer of Aqua Jett for many years. I don't understand the negative reviews because I have always had great service with pool openings and closings as well as pool water testing. They have always been very helpful with any questions about the right chemicals or supplies. Always very friendly as well!
