This store and salesman, Joe was recommended to us by friends who had purchased a hot tub some time ago and we could not be happier. From the start Joe explained the process of installation, delivery & how to maintain the hot tub. We had many questions and Joe answered us very patiently without pushing us to buy. We feel very comfortable with our choice because of his knowledge and know that we could call on Joe anytime with any questions. We would highly recommend him to friends or family.

Joe was the best! He made the experience as calm and relaxing as I imagine I'm going to feel once the spa he helped me pick arrives! There was no pressure and he made sure I understood everything. If my best friend was looking for a hot tub or swim spa I would send them to Joe! That should tell you all you need to know!
