Aqua Riko

We had a great experience with Aqua Riko. Johnatan has come to us for sprinkler repair previously so we called on them again for unexpected backflow replacement. We added help for my Dad’s irrigation pump & again, happy customers! They respond quickly & are fairly priced. This last call is Thanksgiving week & they still helped fast!

We contacted Jonathan at Aqua Riko after discovering an irrigation emergency at a newly purchased property — water was bubbling up through our driveway pavers. It was incredibly stressful, especially since we had just installed new landscaping and hardscape. Jonathan contacted the owner Ricardo and their team responded within an hour. They immediately began troubleshooting, searching for hidden valves, checking every zone, and making sure our new beds and lawn were receiving proper water pressure. They replaced valves, located and repaired wiring issues, adjusted and replaced heads, and methodically worked through the entire system to ensure everything functioned correctly. Well Pump got cracked over the weekend due to the freeze. Spoke to Riko about repair. Was able to get me in this morning. Guy showed up on time. Extremely polite very professional did a bang-up job of getting everything installed ,checking my system making sure I was 100% satisfied with everything before they left. Would definitely recommend and will be calling then again in the future when I need their services!

Great customer service and expert repair to our back flow preventer that had cracked in the severe cold weather. We called Aqua Riko on a Saturday morning upon discovering the leaking pipe and Riko not only took my call immediately, but sent Johnaton right out to assess the situation and shut down the water supply to the leaking pipe. The part was out of stock, they ordered it that day and installed it the following day upon receipt of it. They are polite, caring, and professional whether on the phone or in person. The repair was excellent and efficient. We highly recommend Aqua Riko for irrigation maintenance and repairs!!
