On 10/5, I called Steve from Aqua Sprinkler, advised him I was referred by my neighbor, and he took all my info down, told me he would be out 10/14 at 10:00am. After having to wait 9 days for the appointment, he doesn’t show up. I called at 10:40am left a message, to see when he’s going to show up.. Steve called back at 1pm, claims he didn’t have appointment written down. But he had all my information. Then says he can come out sometime next week…. So that to me is extremely poor professionalism and lack of respect for a person’s time. Maybe I should bill him for a days lost wages because he neglected to write down appointment time that HE gave me.
The guys are top notch. Absolutely the best.
