Aqua-Systems of WNY

I asked them to come look at a leak in the sprinkler system, they fixed it but never disclosed how much it would cost. The next week i get a bill for 600 dollars (400 of it was labor). I just would have like to have known this in advance. Do not recommend this company!

Our home is situated on a large corner lot and much of it is in direct sun for the entire day… we finally gave up trying to water ourselves. Aqua-Systems installed several units in our lawn and in our landscape beds… what a difference! They were kind and professional and brought a large enough crew to accomplish the task in an unbelievably short period of time. Even the plumber they subcontracted was quick friendly and professional. After all the digging and lines were laid they replaced the sod and cleaned up so expertly that a casual observer would never have known what had just taken place. They also patiently explained how to work the app to set the timers and supplied a listing of each zone. Very pleased and recommend Aqua-Systems of WNY

Highly recommend Aqua Systems. They installed a sprinkler system in my new build. Job was completed in one day and on time. Crew was professional, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. Sales agent was transparent and came out multiple times to answer my questions. Overall 5 star experience.

They had scheduled a late date for closure and I had a problem with a zone and they were very flexible in changing my appt and getting out to fix the zone not working properly.. Also when Craig, who was very friendly and courteous arrived, he found the problem with the zone and it was such an easy fix at no extra cost. These days companies can say there is a problem and change unnecessary heads etc to make more money on a visit but I felt they were honest and I appreciate that a lot in these times of rising costs. Thank you!!
