I had purchased a Aquabot Jr. from eBay and when used it had an issue with the power supply. I contacted Aquabot of Ga. and spoke with Michael who was AWESOME! He took the serial number of my robot and found out that there was a possible warranty problem, but he was able to replace the power supply under warranty even though I did not purchase the product from the company. I am extremely happy after feeling like I was ripped off by the seller who was Saveonpoolsupplies.com. Thank you Michael of AquabotofGa.

Through our pool company we purchased an aquabot 1500 vacuum. Every 4-6 months we have a vacuum that just stops working. .. We had to have it repaired for 3rd time in october 2020 and AGAIN this week it has stopped working. We are now out of warranty and they are telling us we are out of luck. It makes no sense that an expensive product keeps failing us and now we are stuck having to purchase a new one. Never again would I use this brand

Very knowledgeable and professional. I'm aware they don't manufacture the parts/cleaners here and only do repairs, but every issue I've had with my product has been promptly rectified and covered under warranty. 5 stars
