They are very honest and take the time to explain the process and walk you through the insurance claim and explain the paperwork. Trevor is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I had a small section of gutter on my back porch roof that needed to be replaced along with an endcap on another section that leaked. Scott, owner of the company, came promptly, did an inspection and made changes to improve the roofing in the area of the leak. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Company is headed by a gentleman named Scott Lawrence. He is a good Christian man, honest and of unquestionable integrity. He worked hard for us on both the roof after two different hailstorms within less than a year and the insurance coverage. We used their services a few years prior to the hail damage and we returned to AquaDuct to take care of the hail damage
