AquaFi

AquaFi resolved a lingering issue with my hot water system. Christie was excellent to work with regarding scheduling and arranging County inspections, and Joe expertly made the necessary repairs. Good people to work with!

First the good bit. Came in with multiple employees, completed the project in one day. Initially impressive. Then the issues pop up. Worker in the back yard failed to backfill trench. The dogs get out. Then lights in the bathroom no longer work. Hmmm worked before. Aquafi's response, "we aren't electricians." Then pressure in dishwasher which was moved during repiping fails. Hmmm worked before. Aquafi's response, "we aren't dishwasher installers." Many calls to office without call back. Understand we paid top dollar for this company. Should have went with the folks who actually respect their clients. No the money. Beware.

Not our best experience. We hired Repipe Specialist to do a total repipe on our home. Repipe subbed it our to AquaFi. They did used the colored pex piping as promised. AquaFi did not install off the shut off valves promised by Repipe. AquaFi left a huge mess in our driveway, home and lawn including screws. They are not customer satisfaction driven. We had called AquaFi directly asking about a small change in the plumbing and they refused the job stating they only do whole house nothing else. And obviously they don't fix their mistakes either. Insist on a differnt company if you expect a quality job done right!

Excellent experience! Glenn came to install a toilet and two new faucets. He was very friendly, helpful and worked quickly. He did an excellent job! I appreciated his advice and feedback on future plumbing work and I will be calling on AquaFi and Glenn soon for new shower head installations! I think that their pricing structure is fair and that they’re honest.

DO NOT use AquaFi. They don't value their customers and do not take accountability for their mistakes. We had our AC installed by AquaFi. One year later we asked for them to come and service our AC. Their technicians came, completed the service, and said that everything looked fine. After they were gone for about 30 minutes we noticed that the house was getting warmer and warmer. I called their office and told them this and they said they would send someone back to look at it but they would need to change me for any additional work done. OVER 4 HOURS LATER our house was over 80 degrees inside and they finally returned to tell us that they didn't connect something right when they serviced it. They reconnected whatever they messed up and it started to cool down. I called their office the ne
