Aquafina Pool Supplies LLC

I've been going to Aquafina pool supply for 27 years. I have a 35,000 gallon inground pool built in 1974. I just read a review about a man who had brought other pool companies containers to their store to refill with liquid chlorine refilling it by Aquafina must have Aquafina stickers on the containers it is a law and I know this, that the stickers have to be changed from one Pool Company to the other and if you think that that other Pool Company didn't charge you for the containers stickers having to be switched back to your original supplier name of course they'll charge you to switch the stickers back it's the law or unless you're beneath the law with your company, so stop complaining about the law and do what you're supposed to do it didn't cost you that much to refill your containers

Pool tech and small biz owner here. I came to this place about a year ago for liquid chlorine, as it was a Saturday and my usual purveyor was closed. I knew it was going to be expensive, and I resigned to that as it's retail. But when I asked for refills he got visible irate. I guess it's a hassle for him to refill others jugs instead of leasing out his own, that are already filled and waiting there. I asked to have mine refilled. He wanted to charge me for stickers on the jugs, literally every other pool store does it for free. When I tried to decline he got real pushy about it, says it's the law.. Their chemicals work. Be sure and bring back the recycled chlorine cans with in two days or you won't get your deposit back. I'm rehabbing my pool after everything flooded in hurricane Helene including my home. I brought mine back the morning of the third day and they had no compassion. I'll never go back there again. 3 stars since it really is my fault.

Was a customer for several years. They were rude and nasty every time you had questions about the service you were paying for. The guy is very nasty and never can do any of the repairs but doesn't have referrals either. They wouldn't show up on the day they selected to service the pool and got mad if you called questioning them about it. We caught them 3 times billing us when they had never serviced the pool. The guy drained part of our pool and flooded our yard because he left the wrong dial on but didn't even say sorry actually was yelling at us when we called to ask him what he did. We had to replace things that they broke or hadn't serviced correctly. They canceled our service after they had been paid because yet again they had not showed up to service the pool 3 days later and they ha

I try as much as possible to support small businesses but the few times I’ve been here, I’ve been greeted by the owner with a huge chip on her shoulder. Most recently I asked for assistance getting 2- 40 lb salt bags into my vehicle as I am a senior. She pointed & said “there’s a cart”. I will not be going back until this business changes ownership.
