Omg. We wanted a pool for years but scared of the cost & maintenance. Brad was the first pool guy to honestly provide the pros & cons between fiberglass or gunnite. We shopped all over and decided on Aqua Pools. We got a great deal and they installed earlier than expected. Only negative is we had not done earlier. I upgraded to salt water and glad we did. We had our pool installed this July and have been loving our new oasis! The team was super communicative and always quick to respond—whether it was answering emails or checking in by phone. They didn’t just drop off and dip—they stuck with us throughout the process. Honestly, customer service like that makes a big difference. Hands down a great experience. To start off the sales team was not pushy. They simply and clearly communicated our options and were very patient in answering our questions. They said we would be swimming in 2 weeks, and we were. Communication was amazing throughout the process. I was skeptical because they asked for payment at delivery. I was even ready to cancel. Im so glad we didnt. They did everything they said they would, Plus more. All our neighbors are shocked at how quickly it came together. Ill continue to recommend aquapools to everyone.

We bought the Laguna based on reviews from my uncle and we could not be happier with our decision! Great price and fast installation! Perfect for our backyard and our kids stay in it for hours! When you call, ask for Brad Larkin! He is extremely knowledgeable about these pools and he makes the whole process easy and fun! His crew of guys are hardworking and they really know what they're doing! We had a great buying experience from Aqua Pools and we love and enjoy our pool very much!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Aquamarine Pools has exceeded my expectations in customer service. The daily communication from Lisa at there office to the personal service of Scotty and Charles in the field. Every trade that was involved was polite, professional and respectful of my needs and property. If you ever considered a pool, this is the company to contact.
