Aquapro Pool & Chemical Service

I called them about a warranty issue and they got back to me the following business day. FYI - Their retail location is now closed as of November 2024.

They arrive to my house via home warranty They review my pool and informed me that they order a part and they will arrive in 7 days Then we didn’t hear nothing from them 3 weeks no call no answer nothing I contact my home warranty and immediately they respond and said yes we got the part see you in one week . They arrive and guess what no parts nothing in is hands ! This company not professional at all ! Do not use them If home warranty send this company ask for other company ! Don’t waist your time .

Do not use them !! They will keep you in the air for 3 weeks and when thru arrive they will tell you we got the wrong part This company not professional at all Very rude person .

Ca lic 768494 one of their drivers was driving very dangerous and reckless almost ran me off the road and had no care or remorse continued to drive 90 mph on a two road high way in concord. I had to chase behind him up get his info . Reported to Chp also . Very unprofessional

One star is the most fitting rating for this pool service company. They turned my salt water in-ground spa in a chlorine mess. They actually added so much chlorine over a month that all of our swimsuits turned white and the leaves in the filter turned white; the chlorine was so high that they couldn't even read the water sample. Just a disaster. They offered me a month's free service for their ineptitude but couldn't guarantee that the same mistake wouldn't happen again (which is the result of them rotating through new and untrained service people every couple of weeks).
