Good, honest technicians came by the same day when I was getting an error code on my tankless water heater. They were fair and professional. I ended up solving it before he got here, but I still got to interact with Francisco. He took a look and said it was good; I did everything correctly, and he was on his way. The way he handled himself and the fact that he still took a peek to make sure it was correct is awesome. You don't get customer service like that nowadays anymore. I will recommend Perfect Home Service to others, and when I have a problem I can't solve, I know who to call. Thank you again!

I had a problem with the hot water pipe line to dishwasher and to the kitchen faucet. The valve got stuck and the water was dripping behind the dishwasher since the appliance stopped working. I googled and got The Perfect Home Services aka Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, called them and scheduled the service quickly. I got the service availability within few hours though I never been into the premium membership. The service person fixed the problem, was super awesome, he had been keeping the smile all time and showed much interest to fix anything you throw at him about the plumbing. He was so friendly and fixed the valves in no time, also he showed certain areas where the future repair might be required, that really helps us to check and decide when to call them again. Edgar and his partners were fantastic. Very thorough, informative, friendly, and did his best to solve our issue. When the part wasn’t available, he used a quick fix that helped for a week and then was back and repaired quickly! Love Aqua very much and really value their expertise.

Lee did a great job very thoroughly explaining everything he was doing and how my new boiler system worked. I called at 3pm and they came same day at 9pm. Because they're a 24 hour service, they don't provide an estimated appointment time which can lead to some waiting around, but they make up for that mini slight with excellent service and extremely flexible service times. A great find!
