Do not give them your buisness, got a pool less then 5 years ago, the liner went tried talking to them about fixing it and the guy I spoke to is a colossal jerk. I have a warranty apparently it doesn't matter to them go with a better company. I will be contacting the BBB

I give this company 5 stars. A very big thank you to them for taking the time to help me with replacement parts for our 25 year old pool. They deal with pool stores, not individual customers. I explained my situation, our pool came from them in 1995, and they were more than happy to work with me. They are a very busy compamy, truly not there to have small talk with people looking to buy a pool. Pretty cut and dry. Tell them what you want or need and they will do their best to get it for you.

purchased s pool less then 11 years ago that has a 30 year warranty.Noticed extreme rusting and holes in pool wall from rusting. I called the company to see about getting the pool wall replaced, they told me to email all information receipt, pictures, contact info. They told me it would take a couple days for response. i immediately emailed them and Have not heard from them at all. Sent a follow up email and still no response. Extremely disappointing. I purchased this pool specifically because of the warranty, i wanted something that would last through the years for my kids to enjoy until they were grown.

Great people and great company to work with if you're a pool dealer! Which I am. They don't deal with the public, they sell to me and I sell to you. All the single star ratings are people are trying to cut dealers like me out. Aquasports has no time for weasels.
