I worked with Jim at Aquatic Architects in Naples while planning a redesign of my pool equipment pad, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was very responsive and always willing to get on the phone to talk through questions and different equipment options. Jim clearly has a deep understanding of pool equipment and how complete systems should be designed. He helped me think through pump sizing, filtration, heating options, and how the overall equipment layout should work together so the system would be efficient and reliable. What I appreciated most is that he took the time to explain the reasoning behind different choices rather than just recommending products. Aquatic Architechs just completed a full renovation on my pool, they added a hot tub, got rid of a vanishing edge, new stucco, tile and etc! I worked with Mitch from beginning to end and he was fabulous! Even with my plethora of texts and calls he always answered right away and was able to answer whatever question i had! I definitely recommend Mitch and Aquatic Architechs! They are great to work with!

Took a while to get there. And there were some bumps along the way, but that’s the way it is with construction. The important part is the customer service. Mellie @ Aquatic Architechs is what is keeping this company on top of their game. She is wonderful! When issues came about Mellie and Jim keep customer satisfaction a top priority. That’s the best you can ask for in a company! They were responsive and quick to resolve minor issues (broken/unlevel pavers or a defective pool light) We LOVE our pool!!! The design is exactly what I wanted and asked for. They handled all aspects of the process as a full service contractor… permits, survey, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mitch and Jim for some much needed repairs on my pool, specifically the salt cell and pool light. wow! it's finally finished. we had our ups and downs,covid and the hurricane did not help matters.my wonderful little pool came out beautiful and refreshing.
