Rich & Tim are the best! Excellent communication & fast service. I called on Friday about a new pool pump & it was installed on Tuesday. They fixed an issue with my heat pump that another company installed but couldn't fix. Tim immediately identified the issue and fixed it in short order. They even gave me a break on the cost since the installer left me hanging.

Fast service and Tim did a quick install on my pool filter canister. Also fixed a leak in one of the valves that he had noticed was leaking. Definitely will call these guys for any future work! (This is Rick)

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rich for three years. I have never actually done business with him he just gave me advice. Well, this last week I needed a new pool heater. Rich (at Aquatic Pool Systems) is an outstanding professional. He really knows his craft, and takes the time to explain things in a way its easy understood. When you call him he immediately responds. He installed our pool heater, salt cell and recently a new pool pump. It just amazes me how much he researches his products before selling them to his customers. We are extremely satisfied with his work and his promptness in resolving our issues. As long as Rich is in business, no one else will ever work on our pool equipment. Rich is the best.....hands down!
