We have had our pool for a little over a year now and use Aquatica to service it weekly. Jesus is our current pool tech and we are so happy to have him. He does a fantastic job every time! He makes sure that not only the pool is clean, balanced and running properly but also always makes sure the decking area is clean as well! Thank you for your dedicated work!

Great experience! Michael had great ideas and communication. He was very flexible with us helping us locate additional waterline tile options and had great input for the best design that would work for our backyard. The build team was great as well and stayed right on the expected timeline. Adding the pool has completely transformed how we spend our summers, and we could not be happier!

We are coming up on a year of having our pool done with Aquatica. The experience was very much an up and down one. Started off extremely well, Kelly did a great job with design, materials, very responsive initially but became less responsive as the pool build progressed (4 stars). Robert was our initial project manager and was incredible; unbelievably responsive and really felt like I had a pulse on the plan and progress (5 stars), unfortunately he left the company half way through our project and that's when things unraveled. We had the misfortune of having Chestley join our project as the manager after Robert's departure. He is just simply not good at his job (ZERO stars), no response, no urgency, he just did not care.
