What an incredible team effort from Aquavisions -- so well orchestrated and working in about as perfect sync imaginable from start to finish! Our pool construction process far exceeded any of our expectations, as it took quite a bit of genius to take our challenging sloped terrain and reimagine it into what it is today. Chadd’s vision and well-planned design transformed our rear yard landscape into a magnificent back yard resort! Aquavisions designed a beautiful pool and the finished product was even better. We have a two tiered pool with a waterfall and oversized hot tub that fits our yard perfectly. They controlled the project from start to finish and completed it on time. This was all during very challenging times. We highly recommend Aquavisions if you want a high quality pool with high quality service.

Chadd truly listened to our design vision, brought imagination and creativity to the table, and turned our ideas into a stunning reality. Their communication and follow-up throughout the entire process were outstanding—they kept us in the loop and were always responsive. They also worked seamlessly with the many other parties involved in our project, which made everything run smoothly. It was a complex project but Fred on site often making sure the construction phase went off without a hitch and owner Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy and that we had our pool up and running on time. Stay away from these guys. I had them build a pool for me 10 years ago. Owner came up and pitched me on how they built pools 'the right way' and was worth the premium. $250k at the time. A few years after it was finished they had to refinish the pool because it was leaking. After using us as a reference to build other pools in the area, about 7 years in they decided they no longer wanted to travel to service our pool so we got a 'Dear John' letter in the mail. We've had multiple issues with the overly complex system they built, and they been unhelpful at best. They never understood customer service, everything was on their time and their schedule, not the customer's. They never explained how anything operated... would just show up and leave. Not worth the 'premium' in any way whatsoever. P

Chadd and his team made the experience outstanding. I would highly recommend them and would encourage you to start a conversation with Chadd. From discovery, planning, layout, design, execution to follow up, the process was comfortable. When things didn’t go as planned, there was consistent communication. The final product is beautiful. The 3D software used to show you your pool and patio was amazing for people who are like me as visuals. There were no surprises along the way and that is what we ultimately wanted.
