hire these guys. seriously. right now! last year, i bought a very old, but more than that, very very neglected, house. my floors were so water damaged and rotted that i couldn’t put furniture in certain big areas, and had to walk softly because i was so afraid i’d fall into the basement. i was collecting quotes from a few places (they struck me more as salesmen than actual contractors) and came across aquilina. kelly was genuine, down to earth, and NOT a salesman (i mean this in a good way 😆). he worked with my budget as much as humanly possible to repair my floors, understood what my boundaries and budget were, and never ever pushed for more. tony and 3 other guys did all the work, stuck to their timeline, cleaned everything up everyday, and my goodness. my floors look freaking awesome

I would highly recommend Aquilina contracting. We knew we had a water issue in part of our basement did not realize it was actually from the foundation. It is the part of the basement under the garage. We made a couple appointments with companies. Kelly came first and after meeting him we knew we did not need to speak with any other companies. He was very knowledgeable, honest, upfront and no pressure. He knew exactly what would fix the issue and even had photos of examples of our issue and how they fixed it. We were also expecting the price to be much higher, it was very reasonable for what needed done. When the crew came to do the work they had everything done in 2 half days. I was afraid my basement would be dusty from the 6 poles that had to be placed, there was no dust at all.

We had the crew from Aquilina come and complete a job in our basement today. They had to jackhammer holes and set I-beams into fresh concrete. The crew of 4 were on time, respectful, and very professional. I could tell they knew what they were doing and had done this many times. They were very careful to cover my floors so as not to leave any debri as they hauled everything from the basement to the truck. Great crew and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We are very happy with Aquilina Contracting! They were very professional from start to finish. My basement wall was bowing due to water not draining properly from the outside of my foundation.
