I cannot thank this company enough for their help. My mom’s line from the house to the septic tank was clogged and backing up into the house. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in less than 2 hours! Incredibly knowledgeable, fair pricing, and professional. What can I say? I had an old (100+ year old) foundation house drain that needed some attention. A&R promptly arrived and resolved questions I had as well as cleaning the drain as best as possible. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and courteous. Recommend without reservation.

I feel lucky to have met Alan. I had a very frustrating plumbing problem that two plumbers failed to figure out. I mentioned it to Alan when he was inspecting my septic system, and he immediately started digging into the mystery. At one point he told me, “we’re family until this is solved.” I’m a skeptical Bostonian who’s heard sentiments like that before—Alan is the first person I’ve met who truly meant it. He continued thinking about the problem when he was away, checked in from vacation with new ideas, and ultimately solved it.
