Man, these guys are on it and know how to provide an amazing experience for challenging septic issues and excellent customer service. We had a Septic issue that was unexpected for us of course late at night this weekend. We usually have our septic pumped every 3 years and have not had any issues. We came home to toilet water elevated and not flushing and plumbing water spewing out from the drainage pipe in the basement. We called the plumbing guys and they walked us through some things and suggested that we might want to call A&R. My wife talked with, I believe the owner and he was very kind and thorough and we were able to get through the night.
