Aragon installed a pool for us and the experience from design and installation to warranty has exceeded all expectations. I called twice to work through settings with the heater and pump--and both times they returned my call within an hour, understood the issue immediately, and walked through the solution within 5 minutes. I would recommend this company. Leonel created the design for us and was so patient and helpful with ideas that made our pool perfect.

Customer service fail. Go with a smaller company that values its customers. We spent over $60,000 on our Aragon pool less than 4 years ago (no choice - they’re the only company that worked with our builder). Last week I emailed to ask for help with an LED light that went out in the hot tub. Pool LED lights are supposed to last 10-20 years, so it’s unusual that it would need replacement so soon. But they certainly didn’t *have* to replace it, because our warranty expired just under a year ago. So I got an e-mail reply telling me we’re out of warranty and out of luck. In fact they told me that the LEDs can fail starting at 6 months. (That's right - LED lights from Aragon Pools can only be expected to last 6 months...) Great experience with their pool designer 5 years ago. The oversized pool has worked wonderfully since its installation in ‘20. And the cage held up flawlessly through Ian, Helene & Milton. I couldn’t be more pleased with it! Though their pool cleaning service wasn’t quite 5* and we hired elsewhere, all their other company customer service is fantastic. Very responsive, returning calls almost immediately and providing helpful warranty registration and procedure information to me today, nearly 5 years later! Based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend them as your pool building contractor.

My husband and I have worked with Aragon Pools for over 2 years now. They were the company who worked with the builder in our development to install pools, so initially we didn’t know much about them or get the chance to choose the company we worked with. But let me say this - when we move on to our future homes - they’re the ONLY company I’ll consider - because of the excellent experience we’ve had!!! Everyone we have encountered, from the time we designed the pool, to shopping for pool tiles in person (we are obsessed with ours and they really helped us make the best choice!!), to the ongoing service we continue to receive - it’s been above and beyond positive. Had a manufacturer defect in pool tile inside the pool itself. Not Aragons fault. Dayne, and Ed, but Dayne was the main point of contact was terrific. He worked to fix over a period of time and when it became obvious the cracked tiles were from the manufacturer, Dayne took all steps as quickly as possible to rectify the situation. Dayne handled it perfectly, a perfect management of vendor, manufacturer his staff and even cleanup. cleani no the window that got dirty from the demo when removing the old tiles.
