Very disheartening that the owner of this company trained me on treating for the emerald ash borer beetle years ago and now tells me that “we don’t drill holes in trees”! I can understand if things change but don’t act like you’ve never met me or trained me to drill holes in trees to inject the chemicals and then 7 years later tell me on the phone that you don’t drill holes. I’m so disappointed that I’m at a loss for words.... thanks anyway Chip and good lick in the future
