He fully informed me of their scope of services and answered my questions. I liked that they were able to work with the insurance company and also had a financing option. We agreed to move forward and he kept in communication throughout, regardless of the extreme work load I know he had. Throughout the entire process Joe communicated frequently and his crew was extremely professional. Joseph and crew were prompt, professional, fair in price and did a great job cutting back a good sized River Birch tree in our backyard.
