Arborguard is terrific and so professional. John was terrific in coordinating and communicating with us, and the team on the ground and in the trees were so professional. John handled all the communicating and permitting with the city and had a permit approved within 5 business days over the holiday. We had a sweetgum and large hackberry tree removed immediately adjacent to our garage which required a truck and bucket. They even recommended an excellent resource for removing the tree stumps. John was excellent at coordinating and communicating throughout the process, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable with trimming trees that bordered my neighbor’s property. Not sure where they find employees but everyone of them from office, to free estimate man (John), to all the crew are extremely nice, helpful and professional. I had 2 or 3 handyman quotes for cutting down a tree for $3000 to $6000, and we had to arrange with GA Power to get the disconnect. They weren't bonded and probably not insured. ARBORGUARD did everything. They contacted GA Power, cut the tree, even trimmed the adjacent sweet gum tree, and cleaned up. They even pulled a big limb that had come down in the snow storm to the front, blew off the deck where the limb had fallen - for no extra charge. All that for less than $1900. Getting a professional and saving money was a win-win.

Dylan and company provided good advice and a good quote for tree removal, trimming and treatment. The experienced team of William, Zack, William and Conner performed a great job including many more challenging situations. I will definitely call these guys the next time I need some work and for annual maintenance. Thank you!
