I have known Mr. Ratley for over 22 years. He along with his staff is very compassionate in the work that they do. ARC Building Concepts have built two learning centers for me and by far met my expectations. We really are family!!!

Ronnie & his team took care of a six-week renovation of our home in 2014. We purchased the home as a foreclosure. We were living 2-hours outside of Fayetteville at the time & unable to personally oversee the progress of the project on a regular basis. Prior to the renovation, the home was a total mess & unfit to live in. Ronnie completed the project ahead of schedule. Everything was completed to perfection & we did not have to worry about a single detail. My family was able to move into a 'like new' home without any stress. While working with ARC, we were provided with constant updates on the status of our project. We ran into a few obstacles (with the city during permitting, placement of new electrical outlets into wall that was not known to be a fire-wall, ect...), but the team was great at communicating exactly what the issue was and was quick to resolve it. We appreciated their dedication to completing this project for our client, Edward Jones, especially when Hurricane Matthew struck towards the end of construction. I felt as if our project had their utmost attention from the start of the permitting process all the way until we received our close-out package. This is the first project we have done with ARC, but they will definitely be on our list for future projects in North and South Carolina.

We have used ARC Building Concepts for many years. Ronnie Ratley and his crew of professionals have always done an exceptional job completing our many large and small projects. Our most recent repair job involved severe water damage to our concrete floor. Ronnie and his crew quickly completed the repair exceeding our expectations. ARC was—quite literally—an answer to prayer. Our situation was complicated. We bought a home that had major issues that weren’t disclosed and weren’t caught during the inspection. We couldn’t even move in. Thankfully, we discovered ARC. Although the situation seemed impossible, because of their expertise in complex commercial and residential projects, ARC was able to transform our unlivable house into a forever home. What they accomplished was nothing short of a miracle.
