ARC Irrigation

Really disappointed. Poor business practice ! Do not recommend for in Port Elgin. I had issue with my manifold and engaged them hoping to get matter solved. (1) Person showed up unannounced. (2) Ok fine. I took him round to the backyard to inspect asking for a quote. He said would come back in the afternoon. Quote came in a few hours later and I replied yes. But the person didn't even bother to come back. (3) A week later he still had not come back. Meanwhile I received an invoice for inspection. I paid it in good faith.. (4) Three weeks later still hadnt showed up to get it fixed. Preposterous! I had to engage another contractor to do the job. Poor business practice ! Do not recommend for Port Elgin.

Great company. Chuck is great to work with. Fun that you can go in the Cambridge office and pay your bill. They are quick to respond if you have a problem. They also do weed and lawn fertilizer if you hire them to do so. I recommend.

Clearly this business doesn't want to make any money. I have tried calling you guys about 4 times during business hours and no one answers. My husband calls and he gets an answer of "ummm I am unsure, call back later" what a great business slogan. "We don't care about making money"

Chuck was a very friendly and professional person We enjoyed his crew. They did excellent work and answered all our questions. Our yard was hydroseeded one month ago and we have beautiful grass. Our irrigation system is working great. We highly recommend Arc for lawn services.

Really knowledgeable when it comes to sprinkler install and any adjustments needed. Love that they offer fertilizing up to 5 times a year and aerating in the fall!
