We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. One of their crew members ran over and destroyed a very expensive compressor that belonged to one of our framing crews. When we brought the issue to their attention, they completely refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their business ethics and accountability. Accidents happen, but the unwillingness to even acknowledge fault or work toward a resolution shows a serious lack of professionalism. If you’re a contractor or company that values your equipment and expects accountability from subcontractors or vendors, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Very poor practice—take this as a warning.

Tom from ARC came out and several times to fix a waterproofing issue that he warrantied. He came out right away and even came out a separate time free of charge mind you from bel air to correct a minor issue.. The issue was in the foundation and not in the hydraulic cement. Would recommend Tom and his company for being diligent and providing top level customer service and follow through.
